We love this neighborhood and want it to stay as attractive for us to live in as well as "future neighbors" to buy in. Can anyone advise as to the rules for parking cars in the front yard vs in the driveway or in the street in front of one's property? My street has several neighbors parking their extra cars in the front yard for extended periods or permanently. Some even have tall grass growing underneath. This is so unattractive and makes our street look like a lower income neighborhood.
Bel-Mar Shores Neighbors,
ReplyDeleteWe just listed a 3/2 on Belcher (2-car garage!).
If you know of anyone wanting a home in our great neighborhood have them visit http://LennyGurvich.net/belcher

Might want to post the neighborhood garage sale on Dealstampabay.com - the listing is free.
