ReplyDeleteRe: Nuisance phone calls. As a general rule, telemarketers route their call through Caribbean countries not obligated to obey USA DO NOT CALL laws. Also, some are "robo" (robot) calls to detect when someone is home to answer calls at this time of day. The record of times is passed to a sales person. Best of all: Just DON'T ANSWER the call if you don't recognize the name/number on your CID (Caller ID).
